SUPERVISION DURING EXECUTION
Visual inspection of structural members.
Inspection of stilt, staircase, common passages, overhead water tank, lift Room, Terrace Head Room, etc., wherever found in distress.
Conduct Non-destructive tests wherever necessary.
Prepare estimated cost for the total repair program.
To design proper treatment after identifying the critical area.
Identifying the critical zones through the photographic exhibits.
Identifying all source of leakage and suggesting the remedial measures.
Inviting tenders on behalf of client/ Society.
Preparing Technical / Material specification and Drafting tender document for contractors.
Tender scrutiny and preparing Comparative statement.
Suggesting the best and suitable bidder for execution.
Compiling contract agreement on client’s behalf.
Corrective Supervision on site by trained Engineers.
Checking all mixing of material & Ensuring the work is as per the technical specification.
Co-ordinate with both Contractors representative and society.
Maintain daily report at site & Ensuring the schedule of work with time, etc.
Visits to the site by Senior Engineer / Project Manager as per requirement.
Measurement checking & Quality control and quantity survey.
Hosting meeting with the contractor every week to ensure the Progress of work.
Material Checking, Testing & Verify measurements and certify the bills after scrutiny.
• Finally to see, the work should executed smoothly and within the time limit.
